Elevate Consciousness Through Healthy Food

At Values Core Foundation, we recognize the profound impact of food on consciousness and overall well-being. Through our Elevate Consciousness through Healthy Food (ECHF) program, we provide nutritious meals to underprivileged individuals, ensuring that they receive the sustenance needed to thrive.

Many disadvantaged individuals rely on heavily processed fast food due to financial constraints, leading to poor health and reduced vitality. By offering hygienically prepared, high-energy meals, we aim to uplift their physical and mental well-being, empowering them to lead healthier and more productive lives.

Through our partnership with Family Supportive Housing, we are actively providing nutritious meals for homeless individuals. With increased funding, we aim to expand this initiative and serve even more families in need.
